Cheez-its– the easiest cracker ever! The key is to buy Kraft “Deluxe American” cheese slices. Other brands don’t work.
These aren’t “good for low carb”- they are really good!
Edited to add: A great chip can easily be made by frying pieces of Joseph’s low carb lavash (Walmart deli area) for just a few seconds.
