A couple weeks ago, I came across my Aunt’s Dutch Baby recipe in my files and tried it out. Yummy! It is kind of like French Toast without the bread. It has eggs so there’s a bit of protein – and you are eating plenty of protein, aren’t you? I always put maple syrup and powdered sugar, but my husband uses honey. I’d like to stick fresh berries in the middle.
When you take the pan out of the oven, pour the batter in the middle of the butter and don’t slosh it around when you put it back in, or it won’t rise up evenly.
